In our restaurant Minamoto we concentrate on «Ramen» and «Donburi». You will find a large number of combinations, all lovingly and freshly prepared and of course homemade! We emphasise on using sustainable products. Our restaurant also stands for light, genuine and fresh kitchen that caters to the European taste. The short cooking times and the refined cutting techniques guarantee a maximum of taste, vitamins, fibres and a minimum of fat and cholesterol.
